The British Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce held a symposium on the 25th March at Hulme Hall, Manchester University – hosted by new chair Iqbal Ahmed OBE to explore the possibilities of increased trade with and investment in Bangladesh. In his opening address the Seemarq Group boss and Vermilion & Cinnabar Restaurant proprietor Iqbal emphasised the importance of training the next generation to hone their entrepreneurial skills “We made curry into the U.K.’s national dish, but we can do much more than run restaurants – we must mentor the next generation in enterprise”
