Coemo 10th Anniversary and 2010 Community Awards

Today the Consortia of Ethnic Minority Organisations (CoEMO) celebrated its 10th Anniversary at the Carlisle Business Centre in Bradford. The event was held to recognise the achievements and work of Coemo and its partners in the Bradford area, and of its staff and its long-time chair Dr. Mohammed Salam.

The event also featured the presentation of the Coemo Community Action for 2010. Keynote guest speaker at the event was Arjumand Kazmi the head of policy at Voices4Change who spoke of the changes now facing the voluntary sector.
