Just Help Foundation Forges Ahead with Eye Hospital Project

On the 8th Jan we travelled to London with the Just Help Foundation for the formal launch of their eye hospital project, where Architect’s Plans were revealed and floor by floor costings were presented to trustees, the press, and TV in a briefing held at Brick Lane.  It was great to be there on the day of our anniversary as the results Just Help’s Cyclone Sidr appeal from November 2007 was a feature in our very first issue and we have been following their progress ever since.

Work on the Just Help Foundation Eye Hospital at Gwainghat Thana, Sylhet Bangladesh will be starting on January 31st as recently announced by Just Help Chairman and Founder Mizanur Rahman who also thanked all the Trustees, Supporters Donors and Volunteers for their hard work in making the project a reality.

The meeting was followed by a live discussion program on Bangla TV to following-up on progress since the appeal during Ramadan.

A delegation from Just Help Foundation will be visiting Bangladesh for the site inauguration and start of building work which begins on January 31st.
