OCL Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant – 37 hours per week – £14,372 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team of OCL in the role of Marketing Assistant.

ocl officeThis position will give the right candidate the opportunity to work in a busy leisure environment and gain extensive experience in all aspects of marketing strategy, planning and execution.

You will be responsible for assisting with marketing activities for the OCLL brand, including; local marketing (using various medias) and promotions, including research and consultation.

You will build and maintain effective internal and external relationships whilst developing your marketing and project management skills through the organisation and implementation of OCL’s marketing activities.

You must be a team player with an eye for detail who has good numeracy and literacy skills.  You must have experience of and be qualified in Marketing.  Confidence, good organisational, communication and presentation skills are also required. In addition you should also be IT literate with working knowledge of the usual Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, as well as Social Media platforms.  A good understanding of design packages e.g adobe illustrator is also desirable.

This is a full time position of 37 hours per week which will be worked on a flexible basis within standard office hours.  The role is paid at the National Living Wage which is currently £7.45 per hour.
