OCL Membership Advisors 40 hours per week

Oldham Community Leisure Limited (OCL) is looking for two experienced sales professionals to join the team.

  • One post holder will focus upon site membership sales and will be responsible for dealing with membership enquiries, ensuring set targets are met, whilst ensuring that paperwork is complete and undertaken within the correct procedures.
  • The other position is available to focus upon and deal with corporate memberships which will include regular outreach work and the management of corporate customers accounts. A high level of customer care must be adopted at all times in both roles, when dealing with existing and prospective customers, face to face, over the telephone and via email and letter writing.

Individuals should have previous experience within company sales and be educated to NVQ Level 2 as a minimum.

The rate of pay for the role is commission based with a starting point of the National Living Wage which currently equates to £7.65 per hour, with the opportunity to achieve on target earnings of up to £25,000 per annum.
