Sunny Sept Sunday Sets Stage 4 Spicy Business Show

by st editor Wednesday 28th September 2011

On Sunday the long heralded Spice City Business Exhibition with Fashion Show, Music, other attractions and business to business stands by local enterprises and support industries not just from the catering business – the focus of  The Spice City;  but many others like CAR accident and repair services whose red balloons seemed to be the hit of the show with the younger visitors. Blue Tiffin was there with food which went down a storm and the glossy Asiana magazine was well represented, also charities such as Islamic Relief. Some stall holders will be very well known to Sylhet-Times followers; the Just Help Foundation, CAR – whose boss was one of our original supporters back when the ST was a printed paper and The Oldham Academy North whose articles are among our “most read” over the last year. The event was televised by NTV and introduced by Saba Sadik, music was pprovided by DJs DesiPride.

Some of the Activities, Stands and faces of the day.
