    Warm Reception for Climate Warriors

    Rosa Battle and Luthur Rahman with Ed MillibandEd Miliband  the UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change welcomed the initiative from Manchester’s Climate Warriors as they handed him a proposal for their project which includes an eco-awareness football tour to take place in Bangladesh.
    The plan was presented to the Secretary by councillors Rosa Battle and Luthfur Rahman at a recent fund-raising dinner held by Gorton Labour Party at the Lal Quilla Restaurant in Rusholme, Manchester which was also attended by Sir Gerald Kaufman MP for Gorton.
